If you have not yet received an email confirming despatch, your order is still being processed or made up.

If you've received an email confirming despatch, your order will be shipping with a third party courier. We use DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail. If the courier provides a tracking facility, a reference number and tracking link will be contained in your despatch email.

Our couriers have different tracking facilities; some may provide you a planned delivery attempt time, while others (e.g. Royal Mail) will simply deliver to you along their normal daily routes.

For standard delivery, you should expect a first delivery attempt within 2 to 3 working days after despatch.

If you chose the Next Day delivery option, you should expect a delivery attempt the day after despatch. At exceptionally busy times of the year (such as the end of December), the courier may be unable to deliver on time.
